ode to the perfect wind
Wind please just take me away. i apologize if this sounds at all like a cliche. i want to fly where you fly and see what you see and if only i could just feel what you feel. i could breeze through any country i please and brush peoples faces with a cool feeling, turning their cheeks rosey. i would make friends with the leaves and carry them to where they want to go. i could travel under, over or even along side the birds who fly from place to place. i just want to blow near animals ears and tell them sweet secrets. oh wind, just grant me that one wish.
